Meet the PtP Practitioner Associates
PtP has built and trained a team of Practitioner Associates (PAs) who are individuals with substantial experience of Partnership development. The PAs are (or until recently have been) LSP managers, partner representatives and elected members. They have a wide range of skills and experience in partnership management to offer, including governance, LAA delivery, and policy development.
This peer-to-peer support is offered (free at the point of use) in addition to the PtP Central Fund grants that each individual LSP can access.
Partnerships can access this resource to support their identified development needs, either individually or as clusters of partnerships. Practitioner Associates are available for sessions subject to a clear plan which must include follow-up sessions to monitor any change achieved, and evaluation. The PAs can visit in small teams or singly.
Typically a PA assignment is a series of at least two sessions (half day, evening or whole day) separated in time by about a month, so that any changes for the better resulting from the intervention can be tracked. The PAs often work in pairs so that a wider skill-set is available.
See each Practitioner Associate entry for details of the skills and experience they offer.
If you would like to apply to use one of our PAs for any planned activity you have then please complete the attached form and return it to janine@seemp.co.uk.
