Enid was Havant's Local Strategic Partnership Manager from its inception in 2002 until August 2009. She has first hand experience of establishing a network of local area community boards, to enable the LSP Board to hear the community voice; and has facilitated these boards' development within the partnership. Enid also has substantial experience of developing and producing sustainable community strategies and co-ordinating partnership working activity.
