| This session will bring together a small group of strategic leaders from across the South East to take part in an interactive debate around customer insight and redress. The session will be introduced by a member of the Redress Review Team, who will discuss the work and learning from the review and stimulate further discussion around this subject. An informal discussion/debate will follow, facilitated by a member of the PtP team. |
