Why is PtP holding this event:

  • To hear about the work of the Redress Review Team
  • To explore what this new agenda means for local authorities and local partners
  • To discuss how the leaders of different local agencies can work in partnership to ensure they are at the forefront of this agenda
  • To share ideas around how to gain customer insight – in particular, how working in partnership can help facilitate this
  • To discuss options for redress, learning from examples from elsewhere
  • To identify some of the challenges in driving this agenda forward, along with possible solutions

  • Delegates develop their understanding of customer insight and redress
  • Delegates share ideas for gaining insight into customers need and preferences
  • Delegates discuss options for redress
  • Delegates are aware of examples of good practice from elsewhere
  • Delegates share ideas around how local partners might work together to better meet customer expectations

This session will bring together a small group of strategic leaders from across the South East to take part in an interactive debate around customer insight and redress.

The session will be introduced by a member of the Redress Review Team, who will discuss the work and learning from the review and stimulate further discussion around this subject.

An informal discussion/debate will follow, facilitated by a member of the PtP team.
