  • Full Joining Instructions will be sent approximately two weeks before the event
  • Progress through Partnership reserves the right to alter the programme, venue and/or speakers, due to unforeseen circumstances

Cancellation Policy


If we are notified up to 5 working days before the event there will be no charge. If we are notified less than 5 working days before the event there will be a discretional administration charge, however substitute nominations will be accepted.
You will be penalised through non-attendance with a charge of £50 per delegate which covers any direct costs. An invoice will be sent direct to you post-event.

There is a cancellation policy due to our events being free of charge. There will be a £50.00 penalty that will be invoiced to your address in the case that a delegate does not show up for the event. The delegates may send a substitute instead and the penalty will not be charged.
