Information Services

We answer specific queries from individual members, regularly conducting mini email surveys in response to the queries and requests received. This gives an excellent insight into practice across the region.

Pay Benchmarking

We collate and disseminate a wide range of information on pay levels, employment practice, benchmarking and the regional labour market.

We also produce an annual Regional Pay and Benefits survey, with the full report circulated to all participants.

SEE Consultancy

We will carry out commissioned salary surveys for member authorities, tailored to meet your individual needs.
