Advanced Committee Administration Booking Form

Please note:

  1. Full joining instructions will be sent approximately two weeks before the event.
  2. We will invoice your authority/organisation approximately two weeks before the event.
  3. If you are not a member of SEE, please add 15% to the EVENT fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. If a nominee cannot attend the following rates apply:

  • Notification up to 15 clear working days before event - NO CHARGE
  • Notification less that 15 clear working days before event - 100% CHARGE
  • Substitute nominations will be accepted.

Clear working days are exclusive of day of cancellation and the first day of the event.
