Managing Hearings
This half-day course looks at the framework for running hearings, the reason we have hearings, and the roles and responsibilities of those hearing a management case. While the focus is on discipline and grievance cases, the principles set out in this course apply equally to bullying & harassment, capability and ill health cases.
Target audience
This course is designed for managers who will be sitting on hearing panels, this might be line managers or senior managers.
