- the new offence of corporate manslaughter and the implications for the authority, elected members and senior officials
- the importance of health and safety to the organisation, including the potential consequences of taking decisions on health and safety matters
- the guidance on ‘Director Duties’ issued by the Health and Safety Commission and Institute of Directors.
