PtP Area Leads

Each Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) in the south east has a named PtP Area Lead (see list below). Your Area Lead will provide a first port-of-call for your Partnership and will provide ongoing dedicated support, including:

helping your Partnership to identify development and support needs
signposting your Partnership to suitable PtP resources and other support
identifying examples of effective and innovative practice
acting as a ‘critical friend’ and providing challenge and support
helping you make links with other partnerships.

Meet the PtP Area Leads

Sian Campbell
An Improvement and Development Consultant with South East Employers/PtP, Sian has extensive experience of partnership working, supporting LSP’s, Local Area Agreements, and working with elected members. She has three years' consultancy experience supporting public organisations in the field of regeneration.

Julie Das
Julie is a senior consultant and provides expertise in applied research, organisational consultancy and evaluation. Previously she worked as a consultant at The Tavistock Institute where she developed a firm grounding in organisational development, policy analysis and programme evaluation. She has applied her multidisciplinary skills to numerous public service clients such as Local authorities, third sector organisations and central government departments.

Katy Donnelly
Katy is a London based consultant with a wide range of public sector experience. A public policy professional she has expertise in facilitation, research and consultancy. Katy has a track record of strategic leadership and policy development. She has had first hand experience of local government having spent eight years as a Councillor in the London Borough of Lewisham. She has strong experience of community engagement and working with public sector partners. She was a member of Lewisham's LSP for seven years.

Celia Goddard
Celia is an experienced senior consultant, specialising in local government modernisation and public service reform. She has worked across all tiers of local government to support strategy and policy development and change management. With particular expertise in partnership working, Celia works closely with regional, sub-regional and local partnerships across the UK, supporting the design and implementation of Sustainable Community Strategies and Local Area Agreements.

Ben Lee
Ben Lee has 15 years experience on central and local government. He is an experienced project manager, researcher and facilitator, with specialisms in action learning, and communities of practice. He has led capacity development for local government scrutiny, local strategic partnerships, and health partnerships. He manages the National Association for Neighbourhood Management. Previously he worked for the London Borough of Camden's chief executive deparment where he was responsible for the borough's community strategy and local strategic partnership.

Mark Palmer
With a focus on leadership and organisational development initiatives, Mark is the Development Director at South East Employers and has a lead role in the facilitation and delivery of programmes to enhance effective governance, scrutiny and accountability. Mark has experience of working in local government at County, National and Regional level and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CFCIPD), a member of the Public Sector People Managers’ Association (PPMA) and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and is a licensed Professional in Value Management (PVM).
