Themed Partnerships are aligned to the priorities of councils in the region. Each Themed Partnership has a variety of officers from a range of local authorities delivering the projects. The 6 themed regional partnerships are:
Construction and Asset Management
Commodity Procurement
Corporate Transformation

Waste Resource Management
Progress through Partnership
Improvement & Efficiency South East will be working closely with the Government Office of the South East (GOSE), Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA), Audit Commission (AC) and South East Employers (SEE) to achieve the aims set out in the strategy.
How is it funded?
PtP is sponsored by the Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE) regional partnership, using the Capacity Building Fund awarded to the region by the Department of Communities and Local Government and the Local Government Association. An initial budget of £750,000 funds the programme until April 2008 and £444,000 of this was made directly available to LSPs to support their individual capacity needs. Following the publication of the latest south east regional improvement strategy PtP how has funding for a further three years.
