Who’s who in the ‘improvement and efficiency’ agenda
The following organisations are the main players:

Government Office for the South East
GOSE negotiates on behalf of central government all Local Area Agreements (LAAs) in the south east region.

SEE is one of the host agencies for PtP and the core PtP team is based in the SEE offices in Winchester.
Shared Intelligence, one of the PtP delivery partners, is a London consultancy specialising in local authority work.
LAA Plus is a network run by Shared Intelligence to bring together practitioners active in Local Area Agreements (LAAs).
Other regions
PtP was asked by GO East to help develop and launch their support programme, Aspire 2 Perform, the Eastern Region's equivalent of the PtP Programme. The Eastern Region comprises Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
