What ‘Progress through Partnership’ does
The aim of the PtP programme is to build the capacity of LSP practitioners and partners to help them understand the opportunities effective partnerships offer, and to develope the expertise to make the best use of them.
One of the key principles of the programme is that it is peer led, drawing on the experience of, and being guided by, LSP practitioners and partners from across the region.
The programme supports activities and resources including:
A series of events for partners and practitioners to share information and understand the challenges and opportunities LSPs present
A self assessment process allowing LSPs to identify their baseline, track progress, and understand their development needs
A pool of Practitioner Associates who can provide expert knowledge and/or peer support to individual LSPs
A capacity building fund available to LSPs across the south east region and assistance for LSPs in accessing the support best suited to their needs
Support for regional and sub-regional LSP networks
A knowledge bank of guidance, toolkits and case studies from across the region, disseminated via:
