PtP Governance

The governance arrangements for PtP are being strengthened. PtP has now been formally recognised as one of the partnerships that make up the Improvement and Efficiency South East partnership. Cllr Neville Whiteley from Test Valley Borough Council represents us on the board and Neil Davies, Chief Executive at Medway Council, acts as lead officer. We are now exploring how best to set up a member board to support Cllr Whiteley.
