Programme Extension

The PtP team have put together a bid for the next 3 years funding to extend the programme beyond September 2008. The bid has had input from the project steering group and colleagues that we work with. Some of the key areas that we have included for the future are:

• Regional Communications Hub
• Continuation of Peer-led support free at the point of delivery
• Regional & Sub-Regional Support Networks
• Themed Learning Support
• Extension of Central Fund for Individual Development Needs
