Performance Management for partnerships

Rather than a regional approach we hope to take forward learning around performance management as a sub-regional one day event to cover issues such as the latest policy and legislative framework for performance management, risk management, performance data, and the skills required to make performance management work. The day is likely to include the showcasing of one example of good practice on performance management in a SE region LSP.

Towards the end of the day an outline of options for further training and networking on performance management would be discussed and the views of the participants captured to identify further sub-regional bespoke events on performance management.

• Policy officers supporting SCS and LAA development

The performance management action learning will be linked to the pilot work likely to be taken forward by PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the region.
