Mike is the cabinet member for Performance and Total Place, and a member of the LSP. He undertakes in peer reviews for IDeA and SOLACE Enterprises. He has experience  of joint agency working including shared services through The Mid Kent Partnership.  He  recently supported a review of East Sussex LSPs.  Mike has an MBA, and postgraduate diploma in coaching.
