The guidance from CLG is on the process for negotiating a new LAA. The first part covers each level of government with respect to the LAA process, including a section on the role of the elected member (pgs 18-19).

The second part covers the 'dry run' testing and lessons learnt; including learning from Kent and Windsor & Maidenhead.
